Select your chosen campus at checkout and collect your hoodie on Welcome Week 14-18 September from the following locations:

  • Belfast - Pop-up store at BC Building Reception Area
  • Coleraine - Pop-up store at The Bridge
  • Derry~Londonderry - Pop-up store at MU Building

What merchandise is available?

Our limited-edition collection includes two Ulster University hoodie styles, available in a range of sizes while stocks last.
Can I pre-order my hoodie online?

Yes. You can pre-order your hoodie online through the Ulster University Merchandise Store and choose your preferred collection location when ordering.
Can I buy a hoodie without pre-ordering?

Yes. Hoodies will also be available to buy directly from our pop-up shops between 14 and 18 September, subject to availability. As stock is limited, we recommend pre-ordering to make sure you don’t miss out.
Can my order be delivered?

No. Delivery is not available. All online orders are collection only from your chosen Ulster University pop-up shop.
When can I collect my order?

You can choose to collect from one of our three merchandise pop-up shops during Welcome Week on 14-18 September:

  • Belfast: Pop-up shop located at BC Reception
  • Coleraine: Pop-up shop located at The Mall
  • Derry~Londonderry: Pop-up shop located at MU Building Ground Floor
Can a friend or family member collect my hoodie for me?

Yes. A friend or family member can collect your pre-ordered hoodie on your behalf, but they must have your order number when collecting.
Can I try on a hoodie before I buy?

Yes. Sample sizes will be available to try on at our pop-up shops during Welcome Week, so you can check the fit before making a purchase.
How do I choose the right hoodie size?

Please check the size guide on the product page before placing your order. If you’re buying in person, sample sizes will also be available to try on at the pop-up shops during Welcome Week.
What happens if I’m unable to collect my pre-ordered hoodie during Welcome Week?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you’re unable to collect your order between 14 and 18 September, please contact merch@ulster.ac.uk for further assistance.
Can I get a refund?

If you need to request a refund, please contact merch@ulster.ac.uk with your order number and details of your purchase. Refund requests will be considered in line with the Merchandise Store terms and conditions.
